Flights are starting to be booked  by those who are taking advantage of the lower rates.  Remember the prices will go up as the seats start to fill up.

There are a number of people going out on Thurs. staying at a beautiful bed & breakfast at Niagara on the Falls.  Some are flying out on Friday morning on Southwest #1375 and departing Buffalo on Mon SW #133 .

So far we have 50 runners/walkers + their family & friends.  21 rooms booked at the Sheraton.  If you have ideas on fun things to do or favorite restaurants, please let me know. 

Saturday is the Friendship Run then a breakfast for those who would like to participate.  It would be a nice way to meet the race director & other runners.  Then the expo, then ride on the Maid of the Mist- a sightseeing boat that takes you right under Niagara Falls.

 If anyone has not recieved an email from me, please let me know.  I want to make sure you are included on my list of participants.  Please let me know your flight plans.  I will try to coordinate shuttles from Buffalo to the Sheraton for those that are flying in at the same time.
