Thursday Fun Run/Walk at Running Wild !
A great place for a group training run/walk for those who live in east Broward !
The run/walk starts at 6:30 PM on Thursdays from the Running Wild parking lot.
The route is out to A1A, and south to Las Olas and back for 5 miles. Of course you can turn back earlier for a shorter distance.
After the run there is Accelerade, water, and fresh fruit !
This Thursday the Saucony van was there. They had video gait analysis and shoe try-on.
I saw a few FIT members leaving with new shoes (20% discount) !

We did a nice slow run to A1A and back.

The evening's post-run refreshments included melon, strawberries, and pineapple.

Running Wild Open at 6 AM Saturdays
Also I spoke with Running Wild owner Don Wennerstrom. He says he will be opening the store at 6 AM on Saturdays. Parking there is not a problem. It's a nice warm-up run to George English park from there. Just please be careful crossing US1.
