“My Success Story” By Alan Carter

Alan is happy he joined FIT!

"I wanted to express to you and the other FIT members my happiness and gratitude to find a group of like-minded individuals and so close to home as well.
It seems so long ago that I used to be a pretty serious runner (but never very fast). I miss those days when I was 50lbs lighter and could go for a five miler without even noticing! I hope to stick with the FIT group and complete the Fort Lauderdale half marathon, if not more. Thanks again to you and all that make this work.

Alan is a new member and we are happy to see he is enjoying our group. Welcome Alan! We are thrilled to have you as part of our Friends In Training!

If you’d like to share your story, please email [email protected]
